Exercise is the best way to strengthen your bones. Begin by doing light exercises like sit ups a few minutes a day. Walking a mile or two can help a lot in building bones. Workouts with weights are suggested too. Aerobics also helps in strengthening the bones. A diet with adequate calcium and vitamin D will help you a lot. Increase your exercising gradually and always check with your doctor before embarking on a program.
