All coffee drinkers swear that it makes them stay active and helps fight fatigue. But taking more than three cups of coffee regularly can lead to sleeplessness at night. And sleep deprivation hurts your day time activities. Restlessness, gastro intestinal problems and mild irritations are caused by excessive coffee drinking. Check with your doctor whether coffee would affect the drugs you take regularly. Cut down on coffee, try herbal tea and decaffeinated drinks.
