Use creams that contain plenty of anti-oxidants like vitamin C and E. Use a sun screen regularly to prevent damages to your aging skin. Get adequate sleep, about 8 hours atleast. Sleep gives sufficient time for the body to repair the damaged skin parts. Visit your skin specialist and use recommended anti wrinkling creams suited to your skin. Use a sun screen regularly. Fruits like oranges with plenty of vitamin C do a lot of good to your skin. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water.
